B beefybull Banned Dec 21, 2004 #1 Could one get away with only taking in protein shakes, fiber (to keep you "regular") and EFAs? I guess you could have some nuts or veggies with this to keep you sane but the point would be rapid weight loss. Mr. X, any opinions on this?

T Texas Ranger New member Dec 21, 2004 #3 Load up on the veggies(Broccoli, Spinach, etc...) if you are serious about trying this. 2 cups a meal should keep you from going hungry.
