2 monster mini bands x 6...PR...lol

GM's felt strange...as they go up over the next few weeks I think that my other strengths will go up too.

Watching the Events section of the video is worth it...just to see Avi flip my tire. It was INSANE!!!
60kg guy (132 lbs) flipping my 350kg (770lbs) tire. BY FAR the lightest person to even come close to flipping it!

Duncan set a PR on the log. I hope that he looks at this picture so he can see the difference on how I'm set up on the log press and how he is set up.

My plan this week is to try and get my back healed. By Sunday night I could barely walk and I've been doing therapy all week and having to wear my rehband belt just to walk around. Hopefully it will be 100% by Sunday.

I also want to maintain a bodyweight of 288-291 (so far so good).

I want to keep the same type of events but less work sets and going heavier on them. Maybe:
412 GM
308 x 2 on the log or possible PR of 342.
710-890 Super Yoke
Medley of 310 stone x 10M, 770 tire x 5 flips, 325 farmers x 10M
Doing 15 reps each side on the tire back and forth
Possible stone load (but unlikely)
One Arm Dbell with 130 for reps or a PR of 160+
1 set Manual Leg Curls

Very cool!!! Thank you for sharing this. My old gym had a chain suspended Gm set up. Do you have a giant cambered bar? I really miss that gym. Especially compared to the Fluffer commercial gym I now train at.

I have a good squat bar to do them with, but have never tried a cambered bar.
