Why dont you get some disipline and wake up earlier and do this cardio, The rest of the world wakes up at 6-7am everyday, try it out. Set your alarm for 7:00, snooze it twice, down some eca then go and do it. Slow cardio on an empty stomach will burn fat fast, and make you feel great all day long, atleast it does that to me. I feel like I've started the day right when I do some cardio.
And there are plenty of studies that show mourning cardio on an empty stomach produces the best fat gains, think 8 hrs of not eating vs 3 hrs after last meal, which one has less energy floating around? Come on the math/science isnt hard.
