No, actually...I would love to deadlift 300 by May...I would love to squat 225 by April 1st...I would love to overhead press....135 for 5 good strong reps. I would also enjoy being at about 150 or so...but that is going to take a while... I'm working on the diet, but I lack a bit of self discipline in that area...I'm really trying, though.
I haven't been doing cardio at all....and I am going to put it in my plan starting tomorrow....so I'm sure it will help out!
