Hey guys im 20, 6'2 190 and just starting to get into lifting. I am trying to keep a good diet with atleasat 190g of protein 6times a day and lifting mon,wed,fri with HIIT cardio tues, thurs. Not sure what my %fat is but I have more fat then i would like and was wondering if adding a 20 min low intensity walk/jog on lifting days maybe once or twice a week would hurt anything or help lose a little extra fat while trying to put on some muscle.
