A few questions for 1st cycle

I'm new to this site, but would like to say the info on here is awesome!
With that being said i've got a couple q's...

So i'm getting ready to start my first cycle:
Week / Test.E / Danabol / Winstrol :
1) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
2) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
3) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
4) 500mg/week 20mg/day 50mg/day
5) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
6) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
7) 500mg/week -------------- 50mg/day
8) 500mg/week
9) 500mg/week
PCT
10) 100mg/day Clomid and 20mg/day Nolvadex
11) 50mg/day Clomid and 20mg/day Nolvadex

From what i've read the cycle seems pretty solid and well planned out, but i wanted to run it by some guys with a little more experience and knowledge than i do. Does anyone have any suggestions for how i make this cycle safer/better?
And finally i am gyno prone, what would be the best thing to take while on cycle to help that not become a problem; arimadex, nolva, letro?...

Right now i'm 6'1" 175lbs and 23. I've been lifting for about 4 yrs now and am just wanting a little...boost. :)

Don't run the winny and dbol together besides the obvious liver damage too much pumps from the combo hinder a good workout
 
Yeah i did, easier than typing it all out. But it's what i'm planning on using and what i've got on me at the moment. I've used a few Pro Hormones (magnatren, androhard and turinabol) and d-bol. Haven't really gotten the gains i've been looking for so I want to try something a little bit different.
 
man i dont mean to be a dick ok, but you have been lifting for 4 years, done 3 PH cycles AND and a DBOL cycle and you are only 175lbs and 6' 1 ???

changing to different steroids isnt gonna help of your not training and eating right, and i can almost guarantee from looking at your stats and cycle history that either one or possibly both of these most important things is off.

post up your training split and a typical days diet (be honest so we can help you :))

also that cycle is pretty horrible, and the PCT is older than you and me, it could use a lot of work.

Not at all man. The cycles have been used with pretty big breaks in between. While on the last cycle, i got to 187 lbs but that was in April of this year. If anything is off i'm going to go ahead and say it's my diet. I eat pretty clean, just not enough. Also i work at a tire shop in Texas, and as the summers are hot as hell sweat a lot off my water weight off.
Meal 1: Protein shake, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2: Tuna on wheat bread/ Pasta/ Chicken Breast
Meal 3: Protein shake, banana, Some sort of protein/energy bar
Meal 4: Whatever the wife makes; Usually something with chicken breast or fish, brown rice or potatoes, and spinach salad or broccoli.
Meal 5: Protein smoothie, whole grain toast, leftovers/cereal

And my workout schedule for the week:
Mon: Chest, Tris, 10-15 mins cardio
Tues: Back, Bis, abs
Wed: Shoulders, 10-15 mins cardio
Thurs: Legs, abs
Friday: Arms, Cardio
Saturday: Whatever muscle group i feel is lacking
Sunday: off

I'd appreciate any suggestions on the cycle/diet

If i threw out the danabol, would that help the cycle to be less...horrible? And as far as pct goes i'm open to suggestions
 
i would do the cycle like this -

weeks 1 - 10 - 500mg test E ( 2 x 250mg shots eg monday and friday )
weeks 1 - 4 - dianabol 25-30mg ED
weeks 3 - 10 HCG (human chloronic gonadatrophin) 250 iu's 2 x week like the test

the HCG will stop your balls from shrinking too much and vastly improve recovery after the cycle. if you cant get HCG i would really recommend HCGenerate which is a great supp (just click the word HCGenerate) run it all the way through the cycle at 5 caps a day.

you are also going to need an AI (aromitaze inhibitor) for this cycle, the dbol and test are going to convert to estrogen in your body and can cause side effects like gyno (growing tits!)and water retention/bloating (you will look like a marshmallow)

i would recommend any of these -

- formastanzol (get from mrsupps dot com)
- aromasin
- arimidex (you cant use this one in PCT so either of the other 2 would be better)

PCT -

either the formastanzol or aromasin WITH HCGenerate for 4 weeks


as you need mass here i would drop the winny instead of the dbol, dbol will give more size.

Incline or Decline (Alternate each week) 3x10-12
Decline Flies 3x8-10
Cable Flies 3x8-10
Pushups 3x Burn out
Tris:
Flat Bench Skull Crushers: 3x8-10
Incline Skull Crushers: 3x8-10
Kickbacks: 3x8
Straight bar pushdowns: 3x8-12

Back:
Pull ups: 4x10-12
Lat Pull downs: 3x10-12
Rows: 3x8-10
RDL: 3x6-8
Dumbell Rows:3x10-12
Underhand Cable Pulldowns: 3x10
T-bar Rows: 3x10
Bi's:
Straight bar preacher bench: 3x8-10
Reverse Curls (ez-bar): 3x8-10
Incline Bench Curls: 3x8-10
Hammer Curls: 3x8-10

Shoulders:
Military Press: 4x10
Arnold Press 3x10
Seated Side Laterals: 3x8-10
Front Dumbell Raises: 3x8-10
Reverse Flies: 3x10-12

Legs:
Squat 4-5x6-8
Hack Squat 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10
Deadlift 3x6-8


I know i could find some hcg, i'm just not sure how long it'll take me. If i got the HCGenerate would it work close to as well as the real deal? Also i can get all of the AI's but which of them would work best. Lately i've heard a lot of good thing about the formastanzol, but you can get it legally as opposed to the aromasin.

Ozzie is right man. You def need a 6th meal in there, maybe even squeeze in a 7th small meal if possible. And you should def take another days rest during the week to recuperate and grow. Don't train your arms twice a week either,they won't grow... You could make excellent gains without any gear at your age! It's all about diet!
