OK guys,
I know everyone has HEAPS of different variations etc and not all do either 5x5 and 3x8 but I've only ever done 3x8 and thinking of mixing it up.
If you were going to choose what do you prefer.
Im talking chest, shoulders, bi, tri, traps, lats, back legs everything
I know there is many more options and styles but just pretend for conversations sake that it is those 2
