Well, my shoulder is finally getting closer to normal (actually let's hope better than normal). I'm finally lifting again... a little bit anyway. I still can't squat, SLDL, or GM :bawling:. Can't do back or shoulders, except what I do at therapy. Luckily my PT is very into training to get back to athletics. So, I've been doing a lot sport/training specific exercises, etc.

Looks like I'll be back to my regular training plan sometime in January. Seems very far away now, but I'm sure it will go fast. It will be the first time I can go back to my full routine since May! :twirl:

My day keeps getting better and better. Just got permission from my PT to do seated cable rows :D!!! I can do as much weight as I want up until the point of pain in my shoulder

Glad to hear you are doing well!!! Yep, January will be here before you know it and you'll be back in full form......

I know mid/end January will come quickly, time has been flying. I haven't seen my weight this low in 12 years... I know part of this is muscle loss, but I also know I've lost fat. When I am able to get back to my normal routine (actually, a better one b/c my shoulder won't hold me back ;)) I'm going to get in better shape than I've been in my life. I'm going to look good :chomp:.

It's leg night, but I'm going to throw some cable rows in there just for fun... don't want to wait for tomorrow :verygood:.

Good job Lucid keep it up girl in no time you will be making PRs again on all your lifts. I think it is much better to play it safe rather the risk making the injury worse.
