Alrite, it seems that w/ 24 days until show I have come down w/ a major Cold... seriously bid-ridden my ass...
What the FUCK do i do? I caught this on Wed.... so I layed low off the weights and cardio Thurs but hit it up on Fri... that just made everything worse and now i am even sicker (Sat).
I cannot afford to many days off here.
Here are my details:

Cycling 400mg Deca/weekly (200mg 2x a week, Wed/Sun)
150-200mcg Clen Daily
Training:
Monday: Morning: Chest, cardio Evening: Tri's, Cardio
Tuesday: Morning: Back, Abs Evening: Cardio
Wednesday: Morning: Cardio Evening: Cardio
Thursday: Morning: Legs, Abs Evening: Cardio
Friday: Morning: Shoulders, Cardio Evening: Bi's, Cardio
Saturday: Cardio and Abs
Sunday: Rest
Diet: 250g's of protein a day w/ a cycle between 50g or 150g Carb days (3 to 1) - I have been on this for 2 weeks now and expected to run until contest day like this (excluding pre-contest carb depletion and load).
Supplement w/ 5g Taurine ever other day and 10g creatine every other day. Multi-Vitamens daily as well. Usually 3+ litres of water.
I have already bombed three days of my training program (Thurs, Fri, and Sat) - meaning no Legs, Bi's, Shoulders and I missed 4 Cardio sessions... The diet isn't looking that great either as I have been stuck w/ Chicken soup and tea. I have managed to keep my protein intake up near 200g's a day but that is nothing in my mind.
So, what do you guys think I should do here? This is my first contest and I would hate to see the past couple months destroyed b/c of a fucking COLD...
I am thinking I lay low off the training for 2-3 more days, jack the protein up to 300g's a day, No Cardio, and buy a Glutamine supplement to help w/ my immune system.
Any other recommnedations?
