1st cutting/ dieting cycle

3rd cycle 1st just test cyp 2nd dbol and test cyp

Im trying to get my abs showing for summer my workouts are great
Monday- chest/back/abs 30-45 min cardio
Tuesday- bis/tris/shoulders
Wed-legs
Thursday-rest- then repeat all supersets faced paced workouts

Diet- I know a little heavy on protein shakes but I'm not a fan of a couple foods

Breakfast-bowl of kashi w/ 1/2 cup skim, protien shake 1 cup milk

Snack- pack nutrition heart healthy nuts

Lunch-6 oz chicken, 3 cups spinach, 3oz mushroom, 1tbl olive oil

Post workout- protein w/ milk

Dinner- 6oz salmon 1 stalk broccoli 3oz mush

Snack-chobani, 1 pack nuts

Totals-
2181 cals 43%protien 24% carbs 33% fat

I am 25 180lbs 13% bf goals are to reach 10% to 9% bf but remain 180

Cycle:
Wk 1-8 100mg test prop eod
Week 1-6 40 mg winny Ed
On cycle- forged liver

Pct: 25mg clomid Ed 30 days
