Hey all!
I'm running a modified ABCDE right now. I do this as a experiment for my job(owner) and will continue with ths until summer.
The system is easy to follow and allow a higher calorieintake ion the cuttingdays than the original cycle. I've tried this without gear and are now trying this with gear. The mainreason is to cut back fatdeposits and gaining mass. I know it is hard to do the same things at the same time, and that is nothing I beleeve to be a good way anyway. Therefor I started this program, 10days cutting followed by 10days bulk.
To get most out of this system cardio is nessesary. If cardio is skipped there will be no fatloss.
Cutting phase
Calories: 15 x bodyweight in ponds(210 x 15 = 3150)
Protein: 1.5 x BW
Carbs: 1.5 x BW
Fat: 0.33g x BW
That is about the numbers to go with
On wokroutdays, a PW shake should contain about 50g carbs.
Therefor on non wokjroutdays, the total calories should be about 1.5 x BW - 200(50g carbs x 4cals per g).
Last amount of carbs should be taken 2-3 hours before you sleep(even better if carbintake are stopped even erlier)

L-rex
Work your way up, I start at 2/4 per day and end with 3/6
Most protein from solid foods, carbs low GI
Bulking phase

Just keep inmind not to eat like a pig, eat clean and a lot. I try to eat 80g carbs every third hour with 50g protein and 10g fat. The hours after wortjout I eat less fat and more carbs and protein.

no fatburners
From that I take the usual stuff, c-vit, b-compex, zink, multivitamines and so on.
As for gear:
My cycle looks like this:
Prop 50mg EOD, Tren 100mg EOD, sust 250mg Every third day
Femara 2.5mg ED.
I'm at day 6 and have gained 6lb, and for the first time in a loing time lost 1/4" on my abs while bulking.
