so i see protein shakes availible claiming over 1000 calories i think 1250 actually. and it got me thinking, if i were to eat a meal lets say breakfast and the food (not a shake) was say 1000 calories can my body proccess that much food or is it like counter productive

You prbably cannot assimilate all those calories. Digestive enzymes may help tho but I wouldnt consume more than 700cals a meal, personall7y

Man that shake sounds like crap I bet it's loaded with sugar and fillers!!

I hate to see the label lol.

My typically breakfast when in bulk mode is around 900-1000 calories. That is my highest calorie meal of the day though. My other meals average between 500-700 Kcal.

the only times i eat that many cals in a meal are my first meals after sleap and my last meals before sleap. but i wouldnt consider doing that with a weight gainer shake.

i wouldnt do it with a shake either, fug that.... and considering i think the powder is like 4 kilo and is about 14 serves or some shit....

i do 1 1/2 cup oats 500ml milk, natty pb,6 egg whites 1 whole egg, i scoop protein powder. then my breakfast with that
