Incline Bench was easier this week with more weight than last week. Thats a good sign. Weight holding steady. No worries. As long as I am getting stronger each week I suppose I can handle a good recomp if I cant gain weight. Its actually the best of both worlds IMO since I am a powerlifter and have to make weight classes. I wont have to diet down as far. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Having an issue gaining weight. I suppose my metabolism has jumped since I lost so much weight on my last cut. I pinned 1000mg Sustanon and 750mg Deca this week. I suppose I need to raise cals by 500 per day? Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Jeezus. 1000 extra cals from protein. Shakes would be the only way. I don't know if my digestive tract can handle that. I suppose I can try half that and see what happens and then bump up if all is fine. One thing I've noticed is my blood sugars are crashing within 30 min of having my 10'grams of glutamine and 25 grams simple carbs after workout. The stack in on as well as the increased volume on the gym must really be allowing my body to store more glucose as before. Deca in higher amounts is good for nutrition partitioning correct? Pinned 1000 Sustanon and 750 deca this week. On week 3 of cycle.
That would be insanity protein shake wise gonna have to jump on the mass gainer shakes from the early 2000s every pro pushed lol

Had a good finish to the week. Skipped squat day yesterday had a horrible headache. Nothing wrong with skipping a session as I will be stronger next week when I come back to it. Will have to go up 20 lbs to catch up for the miss yesterday. Should be doable since I am finally starting to gain size back. Strength is also going up decent. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Felt strong on incline today. I could have done sets of 10. Sticking with the program. Slow and steady weekly gains over a 16 week period will give me huge increases. Going to change my HGH protocol. Going to use it on lifting days only and increase dose from 2 IU to 3.5 IU. Will do 1/2 daily volume in the morning and the 2nd shot in the evening before bed. Will try it out and see what I feel. I believe it will give greater gains as the higher hormone levels on workout days along with the increase in food will yield greater muscle mass. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!
