Felt strong on incline today. I could have done sets of 10. Sticking with the program. Slow and steady weekly gains over a 16 week period will give me huge increases. Going to change my HGH protocol. Going to use it on lifting days only and increase dose from 2 IU to 3.5 IU. Will do 1/2 daily volume in the morning and the 2nd shot in the evening before bed. Will try it out and see what I feel. I believe it will give greater gains as the higher hormone levels on workout days along with the increase in food will yield greater muscle mass. Ok everyone have a strong finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!
