Incline Bench was easier this week with more weight than last week. Thats a good sign. Weight holding steady. No worries. As long as I am getting stronger each week I suppose I can handle a good recomp if I cant gain weight. Its actually the best of both worlds IMO since I am a powerlifter and have to make weight classes. I wont have to diet down as far. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
