Super excited to now be collaborating with @PassiveHulk on training, still coached by my old coach for everything else but I have always done my own training. When passive came to me to look over his nutrition I floated the idea he have a crack at having his keen eye over my training, have a lot of respect for his opinion here so I’m super keen to crack in and see where this phase goes over time and see the damage we can do with this as we work out of health phase and into blast too. Different approach than I would normally take but that’s the best part and keen to learn how he approaches, to then take knowledge from too.

Super low volume to start but the plan for this offseason is basically to bring up the posterior as much as possible as I’m quiet strong anterior already, with weight cap so tight we are being very specific now where we put volume to become more competitive. The plan itself I love and first session into it started today so here is as follows

Single arm panatta pulldown
1x10-15
60x10

Glute drive
1x10-15
140x11

Wide grip lat pulldown
1x10-15
65x11

Seated hamstring curl
1x10-15
65x12

Adductor machine
1x10-15
80x12

Seated calf raise
1x10-15
40x13

CHECKIN HEALTH PHASE
Powered by @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep

97.6kg

Coach is happy, no water to be seen on the physique and only 2kg up on lowest prep weight/weight cap, we are being super careful through this phase as we don’t want huge drastic weight jumps as we only want to sit 8kg ish over weight cap through this offseason as there’s potential we may be back on stage in 12-18 months time.

Increase of 75carb per day this week, will be super nice as hunger is stupidly high even with the reta in but staying super strict with cals with only 1x off meal per week which is pretty easy for me as I’m a nazi with food.

Training has felt bashed over the last week as my sleep is still shocking and stress is high from workload and clients being on stages all around the country too, so with training we are keeping training volume super low until I can get a little weight on and wash as much fatigue as possible.

Last weeks macros were 500c 280p 50f

Increase this week too 575c 280p 60f
Everyday

Health phase super supps

• .250mcg bpc157 everyday

Also loving the 600mg liquid glutathione from driven nutrition across the week too and 1g of slu per day pre cardio and training

Supps:
• Vitamin d 3000iu
• Vit C 1500mg
• Magnesium 500mg
• Curcumin 600mg
• Glutamine 10g
• Creatine hcl 3g
• 5% liver and organ defender
• 40mg telemisartan
• citrus bergamot 2000mg
• coq10 300mg
• niacin 500mg
• krill oil 3g
