Pullaparts 2x12-15
Scap Push Ups 2x12-15

Day 4 Secondary upper day
Seated Overhead Press 4x6 77.5
DB Decline Press 3x8 35s
Chest Supported Row 4x8 off e Incline bench 35kg each hand FULL ROM
Rear Delt Fly 3x12 7.5kg
ARMS Superset - bicep/tricep 4x12 cables cant recall weights.
Skipping 3 sets of 30 seconds ( haven't skipped in many years very taxing and HARD )
Row machine 3 sets of 1min super set with skipping..
Steps are at a bare minimum so i thought ill ad in some cardio...

@abolone Bros this a good workout for sure. I like the Primo and I like the different things are using including the growth hormone.

@abolone Looking really good man, testosterone, primo, and Insulin are great things to run together. The growth hormone also looks to be on point.

Yesterday I decided to rest up, still went into the gym. And done some Mobility work

Hip flexor stretch 2x30sec
