Sorry that I haven’t posted. Had transfer orientation Friday and tons of homework this weekend. I took the last 4 days from the gym. I did light cardio on those days.
Today I resumed my regular routine. I did chest and cardio
Preworkout 30 mins treadmill jogging
- Bench press 155lbs up 10lbs 4x8
- Kitana tricep extensions (lateral head) 13lbs 4x12 up in reps
- Seated incline press 170lbs 4x15 up in reps
- Incline bench cable French press(long) 120lbs up 10lbs 4x8
- Wide grip
- Decline iso press 180lbs 4x12
- Overhead behind the back vbar tricep extension 50lbs 4x12
- Smith machine bench press 110lbs 4x12 up in reps
30 mins incline treadmill moderate speed increased incline this week.
Considering I pigged out at my college orientation and I’ve been away from the gym for 4 days I had tons of energy today.
