Most of carbs are coming from fiber though. The only places left I can cut carbs are the 2 servings of fruit I eat, 2 servings of beans I eat, and the 1 serving of veggies I eat. Should I cut those?
I’m going grocery shopping next Sunday and was planning on picking up beef jerky and Quest protein chips (which are only 4g of carbs a bag).
Lunch for today: cucumber tuna salad (trying to find a good recipe but luck yet) and some cucumbers with hummus. Also had a Diet Coke. The hummus was delicious!

I just found a low cal zero carb lean Korean beef recipe I’m going to use to meal prep this week. I made it for dinner tonight. Tasted absolutely delicious. Going to pick up some kimchi tomorrow.
So I think I’ll be having hummus and Korean beef for the next few weeks.
