Approved Log My Cardarine + cardazol +TRT cutting cycle Log

I did 2 caps after breakfast then 3 caps pre-training. Was a bit too much. I think I’ll go down to 4 caps and 1 intra.

I only did 5 caps and I was too energetic all throughout my workout. I didn’t even take the intra workout dose because I felt too buzzed.
 
Most of carbs are coming from fiber though. The only places left I can cut carbs are the 2 servings of fruit I eat, 2 servings of beans I eat, and the 1 serving of veggies I eat. Should I cut those?

I’m going grocery shopping next Sunday and was planning on picking up beef jerky and Quest protein chips (which are only 4g of carbs a bag).

Arms and cardio today

20 min light jogging treadmill preworkout
  • Cable biceps curl 120lbs 4x15 up in reps
  • Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 50lbs up 10lbs 3x10
  • Insulated DB Spider Curls (short head) 35lbs up 5lbs 3x8
  • Cable rope overhead tricep extension (lateral) 60lbs 3x15 up in reps dropset 40lbs 1x20
  • Zot-man curls 30lbs up 5lbs 3x15 dropset 15lbs 1x25
  • Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 90lbs 3x15 up in reps drop set 70lbs 1x20

Very very happy with my results in 3 weeks so far.

Lunch for today: cucumber tuna salad (trying to find a good recipe but luck yet) and some cucumbers with hummus. Also had a Diet Coke. The hummus was delicious!

Had a protein shake and banana post workout.

I just found a low cal zero carb lean Korean beef recipe I’m going to use to meal prep this week. I made it for dinner tonight. Tasted absolutely delicious. Going to pick up some kimchi tomorrow.

So I think I’ll be having hummus and Korean beef for the next few weeks.
