I was under the impression that the Nandrolone should be half the dosage of the testosterone in order to avoid ED issues. Is that not the case?

Also should I up the dose of Anastrozole or keep it the same?

there is no half to 1 with nandrolone to testosterone but if you feel it, you can cut dose to start
@PineTree with arimidex I would up a bit .25mgs e3d or eod but you have to go by feel as we dont see bloods

any training updates?

I should have lab results soon. Blood was drawn today

Training today
Bench press, 5 sets 15/15/12/12/10
Incline bench, 4 sets 12/12/12/10
Floor press, 3 sets 10/10/10
Overhead press, skipped since my shoulder hurts
Lateral Raise, 3 sets 10/12/12
Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets 10/10/10

Im surprised how fast they came back. Still waiting on T, E2, and IGF. Seems a lot is out of range.

i would boost your intake of vitamin C and multi vitamins as well as collagen and bone broth
Funny you mention bone broth, I've been looking for bones and the butchers around here don't have any or they're crazy expensive. Didn't think I'd have to hunt for bones.
