Just got ZMA from Universal, I read it can knock out pretty well and it also has testosterone benefits, something I am always very skeptical about.
Anyone have any experience?
It says take on an empty stomach with no calcium, WTF. Who are they trying to market this stuff to, chances are if you buy ZMA your into lifting, and if your into lifting you eat right before bed. Why ould anyone trying to get strong go to bed on an empty stomach?
How much will it impede the supplement if I do not take it on an empty stomach, but I do take it without having calcium beforehand.
