yet another "critique my diet"

Im currently 6'2", 160lbs, 9% bf and 18 years old.
I lift on Mon, Wed and Fri, aswell as doing cardio on tue and thur.
I had a fitness assessment at the gym and they recommended a daily calorie intake of around 2500 calories. I know this isnt a lot but I am currently out of shape proportionally and want to try and improve this before packing on mass. When I am ready I will up the calories, but for now this is roughly what it will look like:
 
Thats not a bad diet all in all. One thing to start with I would change your 1st post wo meal to a protien shake and dextrose, you need a simple carb after a workout to replace glycogen then about an hour later have what you have laid out for your second pwo meal.
