Long story short I really fucked up both brachialis and had to take a month off. I have only been able to slowly work back into chest and bi/tri stuff the last 2 weeks trying to get the brachialis acclimated again slowly.
As a side note.... I was doing a mild blast and cruise for the last 13 months. yes 13 months. I was in the middle of a prop only cycle with only a week left when the injuries happened. I decided since I had to take the time off that fuck it....I would come off completely and go into PCT. Yes PCT after 13 months.
So last night I finally got to deadlift. Low back wasn't feeling tweaky finally. The point of this story is I pulled 405 for 2 singles. Big deal right? Well I only really seriously got into deads last year. Used to do snatch grip rack pulls with 700+ but never deadlifted much because of an umbilical hernia issue. (which btw I stopped having issues with after about 6 mos of Ipam and multiple runs of TB500)
So last night, first deadlifting in 6 weeks.....OFF AAS completely for the first time in 13 mos and 3.5 weeks into pct (6 weeks off aas) I pulled 405 twice. I only pulled 405 for a few triples when I was on cycle before the time off.
So can someone explain this? I never expected my strength to be what it is now.
It took a big shit for two weeks but last week started to pick back up quite a bit. (at least benching anyways.
