I just went to the orthopedic dr and he told me that after 6 weeks I still have a 2nd degree separation in the AC joint in my shoulder. I can work out, although lighter weights and with some pain. I am looking to see if I can still gain weight with higher reps and lower weights as opposed to lifting low reps high weights. I am looking for a program that my body will be able to handle, somewhere in the range of 3-4 days per week. I would love anyone's feedback on a workout if they could. Thanks.
