I was searching through old threads on carb cycling and your name kept coming up. Spatts had posted a link to her carb cycling but it is busted. Anyways what I got from the posts were:
(0.5g carbs/per lb) 3 days on
(2.0g carbs/per lb) 2 days on
What should protein be set at? 1g per lb?
Also what should fats be set at? I am assuming lower on higher carb days and higher on low carb days.

Bump for W6, MS or one else that know what I am talking about regarding carb cycling.

Don't get to the boards very often these days.

There isn't a rule of thumb for carb cycling. You have to do what works for you.

0.5 g/lb and 2.0 g/lb would work, but higher days perhaps 1.5 g/lb is enough. Fats about the same each day, could be little higher on low days, but I've always used more protein to make up some of the difference. Food sources if possible. Alot depends on when your heavy lifting days fall, how fast you want to lean out, energy levels and how well you're holding muscle. 3 low and 2 high is OK, but sometimes you have to carb up for a heavy leg day and it throws the cycle off.

Play around with it using foods you're comfortable with, write everything down and give each trial at least 4 weeks.
