Will this diet be enough

im going to be starting my cycle very soon and i have my diet for it worked out and i was wondering if it is enough to grow

breakfast 1 can of tuna 1 piece of whoel wheat bread,1 glass of oj,1 bottle of water

snack tuna sandwhich on wholewheat

lunch 1 can of tuna some fruit

snack can of tuna

dinner chicken,potatos,vegtable

snack can of tuna


what do you guys think is this enuff

the reason i will be eating so much tuna is its cheap and full of protein
 
If you add the nutritional values of your diet and your stats it would be helpful in telling what should be changed or stay the same.. Also..What are your goals with this diet ?

like i said im not a millionaire and tuna is cheap protein which i dont get sick of

im 168 right now,i want to add about 15 or so pounds

for protein its about 200grams of protein
150-200carbs

any other ideas besides buying all kinds of expensive meat
 
you will grow better and keep your gains by eating a variety of foods(rome wasn't built on cans of tuna) add chicken,turkey,plenty of fruits apples,etc. plan your selection thuout the day-you won't be dissapointed...RADAR

2 chicken Breast (skinless)
1 Serving Vegetables or Fruit (Apple, Orange, Corn)
2 slices of Brown bread with Tuna or peanut butter
Cals= 741 Protein= 76 Carbs= 53 Fat= 20

Tuna, Fish
25 grams of protein 0.7 grams of fat 0 carbs


245 protein
238 carbs
39.5 fat
total cals 2417

im trying to bulk and add minimal fat,remember i have to fit my diet in around school/work.working out
 
Toss the tuna for some alternative lean meats. If money is a problem shop for some meats on sale. They will be close to the price of tuna if you figure out the price per protein content.
 
the 4-9 gap is because of work ,ill get off school at 330 come home eat some food goto work at 5-8 workout at 8-845 then come home eat

ok ill drop some tuna but what kinds of lean meat would you suggest? chicken maybe?salmon
 
kingjohn i modified ur diet because i dont plan to buy protein shakes and what not so i did this instead

1. .5lb chicken
Cup brown Rice
2 Oranges

2. can of tuna
mixed with 2 instant creamed wheat packets
tbsp peanut butter

3. .5 lb of lean meat
big salad with 2 tblsp olive oil & lotsa balsamic vinegar
Cup of rice or pasta

4. same as 1 plus a banana

WORKOUT




5. same as 3 (no salad)

6. can of tuna and salad
