If I could offer you some advice. The fact that you are having a nervious breakdown and the fact that you are having difficult time financially should be even more of a reason to let your husband take care of your kids TEMPORARILY. Look, how can you take care of your kids, when you can't even take care of yourself. No offence please, but i very much understand that you are going through a great deal of pain. I will never ever be able to grasp it fully however because I am not in your shoes. I really believe that llittle kids are very influential and can detect/absorb negative feelings very quickly. Try your hardest not to show them how much you are hurting. God forbid, your ex-bastard might put them up on the stand to see the effects or ask if they have seen or detected any problems.

Be Careful The Problem:

I am sure during your divorce trial your ex-husband must have tried everything under the sun to ruin your credibility as a person and a mother. I am sure the topics of steroids was brought up into the picture. Examples: "Did you take steroids when you were had custody of your kids? Have you taken steroids when you had custody of your kids? Have you taken steroids while you were around/interacting with your kids? Did you take steroids ever? etc etc"

You must have obviously said "No". However the problem now becomes, you are admiting publically that you actually have done steroids. The problem now becomes that you may have lied under oath. Not Good.

Also, The majority of courts have not been very supportive of SAme-SEX marriages/unions/adoptions because they feel it creates a "unsafe" lifestyle for the childs benifit. By saying your Bi-sexual you open a window of possibility for such a union to develop and that may complicate issues a bit. You are practicing the very thing that courts dont look to kindly at.

I will say he would have to have the burden of proof to the real identity of bikinimom.........anyone can register and type whatever they want while saying it is her. Don't think you have much to worry about in the court system but I would be a little leary as far as your job. I used to be a dancer (for 10 yrs) and I saw more than a few women lose their children because of their occupation........all he has to do is set you up by sending in someone to where you work and let him proposition you.....if you go for it he has got a star witness in the court room.
