I don't know the whole story here, but Child Support can be tricky due to the fact that it doesn't sound like there is a custody agreement.

Bikinimom still needs to contact the child support enforcement agency for which ever state she resides. Actually she may want to consider applying for some sort of financial assistance (food stamps etc) if she qualifies. If you do that then the State you reside in takes a vested interest in collecting your child support as they are then owed a portion of the money.

All the way around sounds like a bad situation.

I will say he would have to have the burden of proof to the real identity of bikinimom.........anyone can register and type whatever they want while saying it is her. Don't think you have much to worry about in the court system but I would be a little leary as far as your job. I used to be a dancer (for 10 yrs) and I saw more than a few women lose their children because of their occupation........all he has to do is set you up by sending in someone to where you work and let him proposition you.....if you go for it he has got a star witness in the court room.

No that statement is untrue. Civil case yes, however this is a divorce and custody proceeding. In the state that Kini lives, substaintial proff of these aligations must be show, otherwise it is simply hearse and an attempt to slander her.

This would be filed in a District court and proof must be show in custody cases. If you are an attorney or have a background in law I am amazed that you would think he wouldn't need to "prove" it. Of course he would, and considering that all of this is on an internet chat board, there is no proof that any of these claims are made by the petitioner in the case. This isn't a case where reasonable doubt have any bearing, this would be case for her ex to prove that she is an unfit mother. In domestic case like this, substantial proof must be shown, especially when it involves the primary custodian.

True and very good point. However, it would be very easy to argue this as there is still not a shread of proof that she was the one that typed it. Maybe her ex broke in the home, maybe the neighbor came over, maybe it was her brother, sister, anyone that has ever had access to her home at anypoint....bottom line would be that she would have to admit it, or the would have to have video of her doing it. Bottom line is that it was be extreamly difficult to ever prove and the judge would never even consider it.

Great point btw and I wasnt trying to be an ass or anything. I actually went to law school and have done some divorce work, however, now I work in software lmao!
