My breakfast every morning consists of 5 eggs: 3 Whole 2 White.
When I go back on a cut, I will goto all white.
I also drink 2% milk, but actually prefer skim. 2% is a bit more calories which in a bulk I need, and the GF won't drink Skim. Again, once I go into a cut, depending on what carb setup I decide on, I will probably use skim over 2%.
