who remembers the "MRP only" diet?

about 10 years ago i did a met-rx diet dont ask why but i did.
I ate 4 metrx mrp packets a day for 3 days with 2 meals

you know how a chocolate met-rx shake looks like when its in the blender well thats exactly how it look while comming out into the toliet out the other end.A big brown hershey squirt explosive liquid shit.

now the most i'll do is 2-3 a day and eat solid food with a little whey in milk with some chicken before bed.
 
Ive know very successful bb'ers who did "Liquid days"

where 3=4 times a week it would just be shakes that were isolate, pb and oatmeal based
 
Anybody remember the "High Fat" diet of the mid 90's??? It was basically Atkins w/ double protein servings. I swear, the greedy bastards in the fitness industry will print anything to get you to try some bullshit diet/workout program that doesn't work so you'll fail miserably. They do this in hopes that you'll resort to buying their bullshit supplements(that also don't work) instead. The fitness/diet industry has to be the only industry I know of that relies on keeping their customers completely confused to prosper.

For one week. If nothing happens, it will atleast get my appetite under control.

Be sure to add a fiber supplement of some kind, or your toilet paper roll will become dusty from disuse. Good luck and let us know how things go down for you, brother.
 
I sometimes will go almost a whole day on Muscle Milk and Milk/Whey shakes, ANPB, Water. But I will get some food in a day. Cant admagine not eating ANYTHING solid.
 
I'm on the Kate Moss Cocaine and Tar Heroin diet and I'm ripping up nicely. I'm also doing the supermodel binge/purge technique once a month where one day a month I eat a #1 at McDonalds and force myself to puke it up afterwards. Gotta go-it's time for my nightly enema.
