who remembers the "MRP only" diet?

I've always thought about trying this. If I was going to do it, my choice would be the Cinnamon Oatmeal Lean Mass Matrix MRP. Those things are best damn tasting MRPs in the world. The only downside is, they are expensive as shit. They are super high quality though. Maybe someday if I have a lot of cash to blow.

How about a 10 week MRP only diet with test and tren?? Now that would be an interesting experiment. Probably would lean up like a mofo but wouldn't do much for size.

we should all try it for 7 days and report back.
i have done all liquid fasting before for 13 days, after a few days you sure feel like chewing something.
 
I lived that way for a while. I can't totally knock it, it's easy to pull down lots of protein and it's very convenient. And I was able to make some steady gains. Now that I'm eating normally, though, it's easy to see why we still refer to 'real' food. It's not yet possible to come close to what nature has done. The macro breakdown is really only part of the picture. It's all the micronutrients and still undefined values present in real food that makes the difference. Overall, I think that you'll end up looking healthier as well.
 
I am going to try this for one week straight with intense cardio and weight lifting (5x5).

I will have my blood pressure taken 3 times daily, blood sugar levels tested every 3rd day and I will be taking an Animal Pak every morning.

Anyone interested in the results?
 
if i smell a MRP shake i almost gag. i cant imagine eating a shake every meal every day...i enjoy home cooked meals too much to eat a shake
 
Im going for it, i have a 6 lb jug of Cytosport Cytogainer (cut the dose in half = good looking MRP) and 5 lb jug of Cytosport Complete Whey. I'm going to use the Cyto Gainer for Meals and the Complete Whey for snacks.

For one week. If nothing happens, it will atleast get my appetite under control.
