who remembers the "MRP only" diet?

a few years ago a lot of pros were saying they only eat MRP. now of course it was a great way to sell product for their sponsors but a lot of bro's tried it out.

not a bad way to regulate calories and blood sugar I suppose. but also not enough fiber for my likings.
and hey, how about the COST?

any of you try it?
 
well i dont know of anyone myself who is on a "MRP only" diet, but i can tell you that i use EAS myoplex deluxe packets, and each of those suckers has 8 grams of fiber!! :Chef:

Tried it several years ago using Met-Rx. Got lean as hell, didn't put on much size though.
 
I have always heard that it is bad for you - which has always bummed me out b/c shakes are so easy, and I get tired of chewing chicken and tuna - but like the above reply said - "got ripped but no muscle growth" - that is not for me.
