Mine, other than legs(of course) has got to be back. Working back is back breaking. I mean I do so many different exercises. And they are all hard. I start with three sets of wide pulls ups then go to my most hated exercise bent over dumbbell rows(MAN, I HATE THESE) I love when I finish my last set of those. Then off to the lat pull down maching for three more sets and then I do three sets of close grip rows and finishing with three sets of straight bar straight arm cable pushdowns. Sometimes I almost puke like when I do legs.
So what is your second most grueling muscle to work after legs because every knows legs are the most greuling because if they are not you arn't working them right.
