for me so far ive noticed my deadlift and squat have dropped the most, all my other lifts i can still do about 90% of what i was doing when i was at my very strongest like 3 months ago...i guess the big core lifts incorporating so many muscle groups, and the fact that i have 320 grams of carbs a week (no stored glycogen) is why they drop so bad...is this a normal thing?
