I was wonderiing what i might take to loose weight. I use to work out 6 times a week 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I got down to 185 my height is 6-2. I now weigh 250 after i got married i gained my weight. I use to take ab-cuts by SoCal. Or does any of the supplements like Stacker ll, Trim Spa, hydroxie cuts, ETC. work please let me know
