What enhancement do I need?

I was wonderiing what i might take to loose weight. I use to work out 6 times a week 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I got down to 185 my height is 6-2. I now weigh 250 after i got married i gained my weight. I use to take ab-cuts by SoCal. Or does any of the supplements like Stacker ll, Trim Spa, hydroxie cuts, ETC. work please let me know
 
are you currently working out and what does your diet look like? There are things that have to be in check before adding a supp or thermogenic. Let me know what you diet and workout looks like and we can start from there.
 
well morning time i usly don't eat if i do it is a yoplait boston cream pie which i later saw it is not good to eat. lunch time i eat either a turkey breast plane sandwitch on wheat bread. or have a healthy choice meal like at nite Nite time i will get a healthy choice meal i like the pizzas. along with english peas baked lays chips.
I also try to walk on the tread mill for 30 min burn about 300 cal. I was over weight in High school lost a lot of weight and not working out and ended up getting loose skin now im back to my orginial size was just wondering would like to get back in shape worse thing i could ever do is quit working out
