sometimes I can't sleep and i'm hungry as hell about 11-2. But what do you eat. I always ate toast or cereal but thats too many carbs since i'm trying to stay slim. So any suggestions?
After a few of my meals throughout the day, I have some sugar free Jell-o with Cool Whip free....hardly any calories (or carbs) and it`s a nice treat....just make sure you get all of your nutrition in your meals and don`t fill up on this crap.
I wouldn't know. I eat my last meal at 4pm, have about 40g protein at 6pm, take my ZMA at 7:00, and am asleep by 8 or 8:30. Then, I wake up at 5 Fun...
I eat a peanut butter sandwich. the way I look at it is I woke up because I got TOO few calories though the day. If I don't eat my body is gonna break down my muscle for fuel, so I'll eat whatever will satisfy me. I'm not on a keto diet, but I still try to keep my carbs in check.
