Week 6 of the officially now 12 week challenge

I'm (still) in. Working out more regularly now, as I am getting used to my new schedule and settling in my apartment again. I'm primarily concerned with fat loss. I hope to be going for job interviews in early 2004, and I want to look great. I have a doctor's appointment on Monday to see what's up with me and my recent weight gain.

My goals are still behavioral: lift 4x/week, cardio 4x/week, continue to modify diet.

So basically, my goal for the challenge is to get back the healthful-eating (packing lunch every day, lots of fiber, etc.) vigorous exercising routine and mindset I had when I was losing weight.

I am still in. Thankfully, I have been able to train on elliptical 3-4 times a week and I have gotten my eating habits cleaned up a good bit. Although I dont know if I have dropped any BF%, I do know that I have dropped ~4 lbs and a full inch from waistline. My work clothes are begginning to fit comfortably again. So I have accomplished something. No go from doc yet on weight training.

Well, the 2nd six week challenge is just now starting, so join in now. State your current states and goals... and you are officially in.

Oh yea, I forgot to post stats.

6'0
185 lbs
Waist: 30 in
Bust: 36 in
thighs: 20 in
calfs: 15 in
arms: 12 in

I have the sterotypical "pearshape", dont really have a problem with that, but I want to tweek it to look like a really "cute" pear shape. Used to weigh 240 lbs. That sucked major. It seems that I have lost alot of breast mass (actually more than anything else).
