I have been off all Sports Enhancement Technology medications for roughly 7 weeks now.
Recovery regimen was weak I have to admit. Yet, recovery seems decent. Holding around 215 despite not training for almost a week and not having perfect nutrition. Strength isnt dropping too bad either. I will post up a few videos and keep up with this log in the future from time to time. Post up pics of my legs tomorrow too. haha I need to start thinkin of my legs more.
PS just went back to your first page...that routine work well for you? I liked the sound of it. My favorite routine I've ever run had me working up to 15 reps with heavy weight, I've never seen such drastic results in both strength AND the mirror.

Ya I really wanna see how my stats are too. Im not sure where my tape went so I will have to use the gyms. I will do some measurements on thursday.
I think the routine worked really well for me. I hit PR's on pretty much everything, including a 350 bench. I was happy with that.
And Ya know, I was really hoping to keep more weight than this, but if I can keep 10 pounds a cycle, and run 2 cycles a year. I'll be happy with that progress. And I dont think I'll have a problem staying around 215 til next time.

ya. Obviously it wouldnt be all muscle. but without adding too much bf, I think its close to possible. Good goal to shoot for with 2, maybe 3 cycles a year anyway. And Im still a Gear Noob and havent used over 500mg/wk injections yet. So I think once I throw in some Deca or even just up the test a little, Ill take it to the next level. haha
And ya I plan on competing.
Honestly, I would love to earn my pro card within the next 10 years. If I cant do it in that time, I need to focus on something else. It may be wishful thinking, but If I dont believe I can do it, who will?
I think I will be competing at the national level within the next 5 years for sure. I may do a show in october if I can afford it.
But I kinda just wanna come out of nowhere and be a monster. lol So I might not compete til im a solid, legit heavyweight. Since im so tall (5 10, 5 11) I wouldnt be gettin that pro card unless I was a super heavy. 225+ on stage. Really just depends on my progress and funds when I will compete
And I agree. And I think I could do well in competition. I just dont wanna be like, "I WILL be pro someday." The national level is F-in stacked with great bb'ers. Im just going to try and be the best MY BODY can be. If that happens to translate to a pro card in the future....that would be great.
but for now....I have a long way to go and alot more work to do. haha
