Currently 2 1-AD's morning and early afternoon then MAG10 1 hour before workout at 5:00 p.m.
Gained 4 lbs and went up noticeably on most lifts especially legs. Last month I was only able to get 315 squats for 12 reps. Last night I did 315 for 17 reps followed by 405 for 6 perfect reps. Energy level is high with little fatigue.
As for side effects. NONE. However DO NOT take any of these on an empty stomach, I did the first time and got a horrible upset stomach.
Taking 250g protien lots of Carbs(Complex) and tons of Glutamine. I cant stress the Glutamine enough!!!!
I have taken just about every prohormone out and have been training for over 15 years. This shit works. I will keep you all posted as next week I increase my 1-AD to 3 tabs and double my dosage of MAG 10.
