Unleashed for Women???

burnthiscorpse

Plat Hero

My wifes total Test is 32 in a range of 8-60 ng/dl. Fine.

Her Free T is 0.5 in a range of 0.3-1.9 ng/dl.

I would call that almost non existant??

Unleashed does what its advertised to do. So I was wondering if there was any issues in her taking it.

I was also wondering if her low free T could be contributing to her having a difficult time losing bf%. She does 5-10 miles fast walking (outside, not on a treadmill and with alot of hills) at least 5 days a week. Eats clean and 5 small meals ED. Low carbs ect... if anything she may be not eating quite enough. Which is its own issue but she should be dropping weight alot faster than she is.

I replied to your thread in the BB section. I've taken it before and my sex drive went through the roof. So that's a side lol

As far as contributing to her weight loss, it could be a factor. I found this for you (a very easy google search that took all of 2 seconds btw)..

Testosterone in Women
^^^ there ya go

I ran epi for 5 weeks and used unleashed for 5 weeks. Did not do a blood test so I don't know if my test levels stayed high, but it did keep my sex drive higher than normal.

I'm no expert and am merely basing this off of stuff I've been told by some sources outside this board: could her estrogen levels, actually, be what's contributing to her inability to lose the body fat? For example, I was told that for optimal fat loss, I should get off the pill-- something about estrogen blah blah blah. I didn't though coz I'm afraid of getting pregnant and am not a fan of condoms. Ok. Was that tmi??? Sorry!!! Anyway...just a thought to toss around. :)

You crack me up. For future reference, don't be afraid to share experiences. You never know, they could be similar to someone else.

As far as what you said about the estrogen, yes, it's possible. Read the link I gave him a few posts above to learn more about how T can effect a woman's body to lose weight.

Nope, all good. (she has her tubes tied)
Also I have her last 2 blood work right here in front of me. Everything is good except her free T. She is likely having her thyroid out in the next month too. Its enlarged and has been and shes on an assload of T-4 but no shrinkage. But her blood levels say she be dropping weight like crazy. Obviously thats contributing too. Probably alot of it if not all of it.
She started GHRP-2 and felt like a million bucks within 48hrs(likely at 42 she has no GH output) but I had her stop until the thyroid issue is resolved. Dont need any extra GH aggravating that situation....if it even would??

Thank you ladies for the help. Thanks for the link Psizzle. Great read. I will pass it on.

Hey Burn,

What about trying a little forma? 3 pumps twice a day. That would lower her estrogen levels. It might help with BF.

This would probably have additional effects on women over men....but what about some aromasin?

Dont women need more estro to be more "normal" wouldnt lowering it be counter productive?

I'm guessing its probably more of a fine line/balancing act with women hormone wise as far as estro and test?
