There are no nodules or anything. The last two blood tests had no goddamn Free T3 or anything else on them. Just TSH. Which is bullshit. How can you look at the whole picture when your not doing TSH, T3, T4, Free T3 and T4 and....pituitary.... I was just reading that if your T3 and T4 AND TSH are all low then it could be a completely different problem all together secondary hypothyroidism ie: Pituitary hypothyroidism.
We have a close friend who is a RN in the ER and shes going after work today and hes going to run the other bloods that werent on her blood work.
Also...to add to things....we went out last night to get 10 cases of ANSI protein RTD's and mid trip she gets all wierd. Like disoriented, out of it...drugged feeling. Lasted about 45 min....never happened before. Cool....

that is weird...I get drugged feeling and deaf when my levels plummet
and the front of my throat gets tight

definitely get the other bloods run if you can before they just jump to remove it...its something you can't undo

Just to elaborate on this "incident" in my above post. She went and got her TSH and T3 checked the next day at the ER (its all they woould check) and the T3 was on but the TSH was <.01 ...it actually wouldnt even register!!! obviously she had gone into some sort of hyper state for whatever reason. Since that day her neck hasnt bothered her as much....??? This is some wierd shit.

the problem with the tsh test is its really more of a pituitary test...

and something not often mentioned in thyroid testing or done is...it should be a first thing in the morning fasted test to give the most accurate results

Right.... I had thought and have been wondering if maybe she isnt having secondary hypothyroidism(pituitary thyroidism).
She probably has almost no pituitary function given her age so its no wonder that within 48hrs on GHRP-2 she felt amazing.

I took her off it obviously as I said because I dont want to create more symptoms or mask current issues possibly. I would think that "normal" non exogenus doses of HGH (from ghrp) wouldnt interfear though??

One of the two main things to consider that i didnt mention earlier.....

its been slightly enlarged since my son was born(11 yrs ago).
With it enlarged and maybe slightly hypo for extended periods it can cause the build up of white blood cells, dead tissue ect ect.... PLUS.... we both forgot until yesterday...18 mos ago we attempted IVF. This was the final nail in her thyroid coffin. Just before the IVF she had done a so so diet and a decent cardio schedule and had easily lost 25 lb. Fit into like size 3 i believe, flat stomach, tiny ass ect ect...
ALSO....we are having her doc get the bloods from last july when the endo took her off everything and did TSH, T3, T4, Free T3 + T4 ect ect....
When she was put on a high dose of T4 her TSH was 1.9-2.3.
So the pituitary was calling for T4 but none was being made. So this kills my secondary thyroidism theory because of all this crap I just remembered, (last years levels, the IVF, ect ect..)
So basically her thyroid is just broken and we need to see the ENT and a new endo to see if we have some other options before considering maybe removal. I dunno if there is a way to tell if the dead tissue is localized and maybe just that can come out ect ect...

I also researched HGH and Hypothyroidism and HGH is actually a treatment in alot of cases (if your doc isnt in the stone age).
She started on the GHRP-2 again since we both went duh...her pituitary works right...especially since if it wasnt she would have a host of other issues happening. Obviously GHRP stimulates the pituitary not suppresses it like exogenus HGH would so this is a good thing, plus shes getting natural spikes not an overage from exogenus ect...

Im sitting here thinking the TSH is screwed because of lacking pituitary output but its just not making any because its seeing the overage of meds and thinking it doesnt need to make TSH.....
Jesus....thyroid is a big vicious complicated circle:mad:
