One of the two main things to consider that i didnt mention earlier.....
its been slightly enlarged since my son was born(11 yrs ago).
With it enlarged and maybe slightly hypo for extended periods it can cause the build up of white blood cells, dead tissue ect ect.... PLUS.... we both forgot until yesterday...18 mos ago we attempted IVF. This was the final nail in her thyroid coffin. Just before the IVF she had done a so so diet and a decent cardio schedule and had easily lost 25 lb. Fit into like size 3 i believe, flat stomach, tiny ass ect ect...
ALSO....we are having her doc get the bloods from last july when the endo took her off everything and did TSH, T3, T4, Free T3 + T4 ect ect....
When she was put on a high dose of T4 her TSH was 1.9-2.3.
So the pituitary was calling for T4 but none was being made. So this kills my secondary thyroidism theory because of all this crap I just remembered, (last years levels, the IVF, ect ect..)
So basically her thyroid is just broken and we need to see the ENT and a new endo to see if we have some other options before considering maybe removal. I dunno if there is a way to tell if the dead tissue is localized and maybe just that can come out ect ect...
I also researched HGH and Hypothyroidism and HGH is actually a treatment in alot of cases (if your doc isnt in the stone age).
She started on the GHRP-2 again since we both went duh...her pituitary works right...especially since if it wasnt she would have a host of other issues happening. Obviously GHRP stimulates the pituitary not suppresses it like exogenus HGH would so this is a good thing, plus shes getting natural spikes not an overage from exogenus ect...
Im sitting here thinking the TSH is screwed because of lacking pituitary output but its just not making any because its seeing the overage of meds and thinking it doesnt need to make TSH.....
Jesus....thyroid is a big vicious complicated circle
