Never heard of the EQ from VPX but i know their products REALLY suck bad to say the least.

The 1AD i'm using right now, it's good shit so far. I'm on my 11th day and i'm up 7 pounds so far and strength is up too.

Throw away the dymetadrime extreme, you don't want this when you're bulking if that's what you want to do. And you don't want to use it right after you finish bulking either unless you want to start losing what muscle you did accumulate.

Glutamine peptides are ok, as well as the whey. I would add as a post workout shake 50g dextrose w/ 50g whey. then in an hour or two drink another shake of whey (dextrose is optional the second time if your'e a hardgainer go for the dextrose the second time as well).

Basically just ditch the EQ and Dymetadrime. that's my opinion. And remember diet is the most important factor in all of this, second is your training, then when those are in check you can use these products.
 
thanks.....Yeah I notcied everyone is saying eq from vpx sucks. I figured the dymetadrine would boost my workout a little bit. I'll be working out for football. how does dymetadrine cause you to lose strength? maybe 4ad topical with the 1-ad? also what do you think about using clomid for after the cycle?
 
Here's what I would consider a good legal bulking stack:

1. Well thought out periodized training program
2. 8-10 hours of sleep a day
3. Generous amounts of quality food.
4. Good Multi Vitamin
5. 1000mg Alpha Lipoic Acid ED
6. Post workout drink like Protein Factory's Recovery Formula
7. Flax Seeds
8. 10g GLutamine before bed
9. Creatine pyramided from 10-50g ED over 8 weeks
10. Topical PH like ONE, ONE+, or 4AD
11. Intranasal 4AD pre-workout

Get all these things in order, especially the first three, and you will be on your way to larger clothing. Keep everything the same with an adjusted diet, and you can lean out as well.

Two questions, What brand of topical 4AD would you suggest, and is it worth it to try and take stuff like this or 1-AD while trying to cut up at the same time?
 
OKIE,

As of yet, I only have experience with Ergopharm's Andro Spray, which was far more effective than I expected, and intransal 4AD which jacked me up for workouts even when on steroids. After reading a bit, it looks like Avant Labs has a superior delivery system. I will be starting a 2 week cycle of "ONE" on 12-31-01. I have very high expectations for that.

As far as what to use when cutting, I think either 1AD or 4AD would work well. Either one will have an anti-catabolic effect. 1AD will not bloat you though. With 4AD you can lose fat, but will retain a bit of water. The water will go away a few weeks after you stop 4AD.

When I am bulking, I don't mind the water. When dieting, which I HATE, I like to feel as tight as possible, so I'd probably opt for 1AD.

I really appreciate the help. What about using "ONE" during my cutting phase. I don't know much about it, and I know you cannot speak from experience, but from what you know would it be effective? Where do you get it and who makes it?
