Never heard of the EQ from VPX but i know their products REALLY suck bad to say the least.

The 1AD i'm using right now, it's good shit so far. I'm on my 11th day and i'm up 7 pounds so far and strength is up too.

Throw away the dymetadrime extreme, you don't want this when you're bulking if that's what you want to do. And you don't want to use it right after you finish bulking either unless you want to start losing what muscle you did accumulate.

Glutamine peptides are ok, as well as the whey. I would add as a post workout shake 50g dextrose w/ 50g whey. then in an hour or two drink another shake of whey (dextrose is optional the second time if your'e a hardgainer go for the dextrose the second time as well).

Basically just ditch the EQ and Dymetadrime. that's my opinion. And remember diet is the most important factor in all of this, second is your training, then when those are in check you can use these products.
 
thanks.....Yeah I notcied everyone is saying eq from vpx sucks. I figured the dymetadrine would boost my workout a little bit. I'll be working out for football. how does dymetadrine cause you to lose strength? maybe 4ad topical with the 1-ad? also what do you think about using clomid for after the cycle?
 
Here's what I would consider a good legal bulking stack:

1. Well thought out periodized training program
2. 8-10 hours of sleep a day
3. Generous amounts of quality food.
4. Good Multi Vitamin
5. 1000mg Alpha Lipoic Acid ED
6. Post workout drink like Protein Factory's Recovery Formula
7. Flax Seeds
8. 10g GLutamine before bed
9. Creatine pyramided from 10-50g ED over 8 weeks
10. Topical PH like ONE, ONE+, or 4AD
11. Intranasal 4AD pre-workout

Get all these things in order, especially the first three, and you will be on your way to larger clothing. Keep everything the same with an adjusted diet, and you can lean out as well.

Two questions, What brand of topical 4AD would you suggest, and is it worth it to try and take stuff like this or 1-AD while trying to cut up at the same time?
 
OKIE,

As of yet, I only have experience with Ergopharm's Andro Spray, which was far more effective than I expected, and intransal 4AD which jacked me up for workouts even when on steroids. After reading a bit, it looks like Avant Labs has a superior delivery system. I will be starting a 2 week cycle of "ONE" on 12-31-01. I have very high expectations for that.

As far as what to use when cutting, I think either 1AD or 4AD would work well. Either one will have an anti-catabolic effect. 1AD will not bloat you though. With 4AD you can lose fat, but will retain a bit of water. The water will go away a few weeks after you stop 4AD.

When I am bulking, I don't mind the water. When dieting, which I HATE, I like to feel as tight as possible, so I'd probably opt for 1AD.

I really appreciate the help. What about using "ONE" during my cutting phase. I don't know much about it, and I know you cannot speak from experience, but from what you know would it be effective? Where do you get it and who makes it?

Hard to say, are you refering to cutting needs, or benefits in general?

I found topical 4AD great for gaining size. I like the intranasal, because it's release is a fast and short surge, which is a great pre-workout boost. Its effect is akin to that of popping a few tabs of dbol before a workout, although not quite as extreme.
 
Also, as far as post cycle, Arimidex works well at getting the nuts going again. Alot of guys on Anabolic Fitness are using Arimidex with Chasteberry post cycle and claim it does wonders. This is after a steroid cycle, a PH, but one can imagine the benefits would be similar.
 
arimidex?...hmm never heard of it..is it easy to get ahold of? Well since I am playing football I need to get big,strong, and fast. If that helps. Thanks for the reply.
 
Arimidex is a prescription anti-aromitase that prevents estrogen from forming. It can be obtained for research legally. It won't make you big and fast, but it can help you get back to normal after your cycle.

What level of football are you playing at? I believe PH's are in the same boat as juice at certain college levels. might be smething you want to check up on before you do any of this.
 
Also at your age, you may want to re-consider using any hormones at all. You may just need to re-think your diet and training program to get bigger. No point in closing your growth plates and hampering your future gains for a few extra pounds, think long term bro. If I could go back, I wouldn't have drank, smoked cigarettes, and would have stayed away from my beloved little blue bong. I wish I had capitalized on my prime growth time, you should too. Just a thought.
 
Growin I had a blue bong too bro lol. I used and abused it in h.s. and did the same as you smoke, drank, and toked. At that age i was lifting, diet horrible, and smoke, drank, did drugs and still grew. I agree w/ you about him not using at this point, and to think long term. Only thing is i wouldn't change a thing, those were the funnest days of my life.
 
Yeah, they were fun times huh? I say that now, but I am almost 25, and when I was 16-18, it was all about getting high, laid, or preferably both HEHE. Shit, that's what 6 years of college was about too :D
 
Yeah, but I am pretty much past that phase now that I'm out of school. Minus the monthly beer or glass of wine, I don't party much anymore. I go out still, usually just sober cab. Still have fun. I used GHB for the last couple of years, as alcohol just makes me feel like shit. I guess now, I am focusing on getting bigger, taking care of my family, and starting my career. I get all the lovin' I need from my wife, that's my anti-drug:p
 
i'm still in school bro.. got a ways to go before i finish. I only drink now about once a month or so as well, i work too hard at the gym to use something to help kill my gains know what i mean? So i drink about once a month, and toke like once a year, i gotta have an annual session at least man lol.
 
well I would eat at least 200 g's protein a day barely gain much strength at all. It's aggrevating and I'll be a senior this year so I'd like to be the best of the best. Also I don't drink, smoke or do any drugs. I guess Im just a hard gainer or something like that. thanks for the replies though.
 
What are your stats? Age, weight, training experience, detailed current routine, and detailed current diet. I take it since you talk of being a hard gainer, that you are trying to add size, and maybe strength?
 
16,178lbs,lifted 2yrs consistantly. Our program usually consists of 5x5 on mainly Squats,bench,clean. we work out 3 times a week. I would sleep at least 8 hours a night. In 6 months of training I went from 135 on bench to 165(prolly could have done 175)on clean I went from 135 to 185. and sqat was even worse. These are all one rep maxes. Don't get me wrong I try hard on all my lifts. We will be starting back lifting weights in january.thanks for replies
 
Bro if you're not growing i believe it's b/c of your calories. You can't just count protein and neglect carbs and fats. I'm a bit of a hardgainer and i know people will not agree w/ what i'm going to tell you but when i bulk i need to eat icecream, cakes, cookies etc. to help me w/ the calories if not it takes forever to gain just 1 pound. Do what you have to do to gain the weight and increase intensity at the gym and you will grow.
 
I guess I left out my diet... I would eat different stuff throughout the day. Sometimes I would eat egg whites, chicken, protein bars, shakes, chili, and lots of other things. All I drank was water too. I literally drank a gallon of water a day while on creatine. I looked big but I wasn't very strong though, that's what I thought was weird. What do you think?
 
Bro Regii, i really can't say much unless you tell me more about your diet. As far as diet goes, the only thing i count is my protein. And this i think is the absolute bare minimum. The other guys on this board are much more strict and they know their percents of carbs, protein, fats, and calories/day. I don't get into all of that, i just know more or less how much i need to eat to cut and to bulk, any changes bad or good seen physically i either continue or modify my diet. But like i said, at the bare minimum you need to count your protein. How much carbs are you taking in, how much fats are you taking in-good and bad. Flaxseed oil w/ omega 3's helped me lose some fat when i was cutting, it's very good supplement. And chili by the way is very fatty. But like i said... we can't possibly tell you about diet if your description of your diet is 2 sentences long. One thing you can do is post up your diet, or "typical day" of your diet on the diet boards, those guys know their stuff and could really help you out.
 
Forgot to answer your question about the creatine. Creatine for me serves one purpose, helps me gain some water weight and that's about it. It does not increase strength, endurance, energy or anything else. And adding some water weight will not make you stronger. Now that you're calorie restricted your strength will go down. It's just a part of cutting, you go down in weights a bit and that's generally normal/expected.
one more thing i gotta add before i end this... big does not always mean strong. There's some guys much smaller than me who are stronger than me and some guys bigger than me which i'm stronger than them. And look at some powerlifters how small they are (some of them) and how strong they are.
 
this chili was one of those smart choice(something like that) chili's that had little fat and 30gs of protein..

My typical day would be
7:30am- Protein bar
12:30am school lunch
3:30-5:30pm workout
6:00 protein shake
7:00 Egg whites
8:00 chicken
9:00 chili
10:00 egg whites
11:00 sleep
 
Well you really don't eat much in the morning and afternoon, which is critical because you r body was starving all night long. Try something like this:

I was just wandering did you ever use PH's or test in High school?
 
LOL, no bro, PH weren't even around when I was in High School. Mega Mass 2000 was all the rage back then. Man do i feel jipped. I tried androstenedione when I was about 20, and didn't use juice until I was 23. I am currently off juice now, and just sticking to PH. I start "ONE" on Monday, and hope that makes being legal worthwhile.

I think it's Barleans, so it's one of the better ones. I get mine from DPS though and don't know if the brand i get is better or worse, but it's cheaper and that's what i like about it.

And as far as dextrose goes. You're one step ahead most people. You actually did search and find it cheap. I buy mine from supplementdirect.com 11pounds for $10. Proteinfactory is a rip off at $2.50/pound. Dextrose is Dextrose, it's the simplest sugar i know of, shouldn't be a problem from Vitaglo. Maltodextrin is more complicated and a diff. story, they can rip you off w/ the Maltodextrin.
 
I find that vitaglo.com seems to be the cheapest around with their freeshipping for orders over 20$..that's hard to beat so Im trying to find everything I need from there. instead of buying stuff from all different places because shipping hurts the price..
 
PH at too young an age can stop bone growth, and many think it will limit your natural muscle potential. Maximize natural potential, then use PH or steroids to go beyond that. Wiat until you're at least 20-21. Get your diet and training in check. Read all you can.

Flax would be a great idea. I like Udo's Oil which you can get from netrition.com, or total EFA by Health From the Sun. Actually flax seeds are better than the oil. You grind them up in a coffee grinder. You can only grind enough for a day at a time because they go rancid, once ground, very quickly. Oils can go rancid as well. Seeds are much more robust, and cheaper too. My wife's grandfather hooked me up big time with a new flax source. You can get 50lb bags of flax seeds for $7.50 at most grain stores. See if you can find one by you.
