hello everyone, i came across this forum researching a good diet! lots of good information i have definitely never read any other forum this much LOL. Relatively new to bodybuilding (started at 18 i turn 21 in january)
im currently 6'3 235 lbs and around 12% bodyfat (not accurate just the palm test at my gym)
my lower abs just wont show! i have come a long way and never been this lean. before i started training i had a high carb diet and have a slow metabolism! (chubby)
i have never looked this good however i want the lower abs so bad!!!!!!
this is my first "cutting" phase so the diet is only decent still learning how my body responds.
a usual day includes
3am bowl of cereal with banana cup of dark coffee with a packet of sugar
5am granola bar with some yogurt
7am turkey sandwich on wheat or some chicken breast
9am protein shake with oatmeal or 6 boiled eggs one whole
roughly 1pm-2pm (depending on day because of school chicken breast with a little rice. gym an hour later
5pm protein shake
6pm chicken salad or half of a whole chicken (rotisserie) no skin!!
roughly 9pm -10pm depending on night class 6 boiled eggs one whole then sleep within the hour or two depending on homework!
i drink a gallon of water throughout my intense training and sweat a ridiculous amount!!!!!!!
Also been doing slow cardio 5 times a week (heart rate below 140 for 30 minutes) not trying to burn muscle, i have lost some size since i began this diet/cardio.
need advice/criticism. any help is GREATLY appeciated. ill get some pictures up when i can. thanks!!!!
