i workout at home and its chest day and my partner is in jamaca. and of course the dumbells i ordered just for days like this are on back order. we really push each other hard and he normally has to pull the bar off my chest with those last reps. we do 4 sets flat, 4 incline and 4 fly. i was wondering if i went 4 incline 4 fly and pushups to failure would that make up for the reps ill miss with out his help. thanks
