Each are primarily 3 sets and 5 reps
flat barbell bench press
seated overhead press
incline barbell bench press
row push downs
Dips to failure 4 sets

Chest and Triceps Workout for Strength & Mas



Bench press 3 sets x 5 reps

Incline dumbbells press 3 sets x 8 reps
Bar Dip 3 sets x 12 reps (add weight if necessary)
Lying Triceps Extension 3 sets x 15 reps
Triceps- Pushdown 3 sets x 20 reps
