Training Log Question...

furious

New member
Ok, I have started a training log to better monitor my progress. I have the day (leg, chest, etc) exercise, number of reps/sets, poundages, food intake for day, any other activity (sprinting, bike riding, dancing, etc) and general comments on work done for the day.
Anything else I should include?

Thanks.

keep track of your starting weight and bf, and poundages used. Then compare your progress. Good luck.

you might get better feed back in the diet section.

but as for additional comments........you might find monitoring how your body reacts to specific foods, or meals.

pay attention to how you feel, and how you r body reacts to a particular food.

for example oatmeal in the a.m. or before workouts always works for me, but wheat bread does not? both are complex carbs, but my body loves oatmeal and is indifferent to wheat bread.

another example....watermelon .

it makes me feel energetic, and I love the way it tastes!!!, I swear that I feel more pumped when I eat the stuff.....but when I eat an apple.....nothing happens:confused: both are low on the glycemic index, and have similar proportion of suger to h2O content

things like this appear as nothing, but in reality ARE EVERYTHING WHEN it comes to you and your body..

hope this helps
