What differentiates someone who can, say, bench 200 pounds 10X..... then bench 200 pounds 9 times one minute later from someone who could only bench 200 pounds 3 times 1 minute later??
Is it his nervous system, his GPP, his endurance, his muscle strength?
What kind of information does this tell you?
I'm asking because I find I get tired ordinately quickly. I'll do 8 reps with X amount of weight then 2 minutes later I'll only get 3 reps! And this happens with most exercises....
Any insight is appreciated.
