Tiredness on GH...anyone?

I'm having severe lethargy problems on 2ius of Jinno's per day. I've only started what I hoped to be a 12 month cycle but my joints are sore and my energy levels are really poor, so much so I could sleep all the time. I was on Saizen before and never experienced this and in fact it made me feel full of energy, even euphoric.
Some current history, I'm 45, 225lbs, BF not sure, maybe 20%, diet pretty clean, lowish carbs, lots of protein, train hard 5 days per week with some cardio.
Any help to resolve the energy crisis would be appreciated, just mine though not the worldwide one.. :)

Gh zaps your insulin levels which will make you tired, keep up the liquids and insulin levels.. id recommend shot in the morning 1/2 b4 food then shot b4 training (if train in pm).. for the sore joints, my hubby experienced this, mainly knees and elbows.. apparantley EOD helps.. see thread

Thanks for the help I read the post and actually contributed so was aware of your hubby's problems and now can empathise with them a little. My joint pains have diminished a little but the tiredness is still severe to the extent that it's effecting my work. I'm gonna try early evening shots before training and hope that the PW spike keeps my energy high and then maybe I'll sleep at nights.
Thanks again.

How long have you been on the GH? Your body adapts and it gets better. be sure to drink lots of H20, (2 gallons if you can) and stay away from simple carbs. Eat plenty of high fiborous carbs. I was on 2iu for a feww months, the 4iu for a few and back to 2iu for the last few months. This week I was traveling and didn't want to bring it with me. So Mon through Thurs I did 2.5iu ed. Holy crap, I almost fell asleep driving home from work 2 times! It just takes time to adapt! Hang in there. Take it upon rising in the AM, and or split it and take it mid day also. Take it when your blood sugar is low, (on empty stomach).

Good luck. The stuff is magical, it just takes time....

Thanks nsashbl01. I'll be sticking with it ok but the tiredness is damn worrying. I used Saizen last time and didn't have this so I'm thinking it must be Jinno's. The changes in body and body fat are aleady apparent but I suppose I was worried about hypoglycaemia and insulin problems. I've a blood test tomorrow so I'll get these levels checked. Apart from that my diet is pretty clean with lots of protein although my carbs are lowish as I'm cutting as well. The joint pains have all but gone now which is good. I don't sleep good at night and work and train hard so maybe I need more rest...
Thanks again

the first 45day on gh are the worse .. i was so tired at first... i had to sleep in the after noon every day... after 60day , everything was fine ... i do even sleep better at night and had plenty of power all day long

Thanks guys.
Well the update is a healthier picture... :) for anyone interested...
I changed my shot til afternoon, 2 hours before my workouts, reconstituted it with 2mls of Bacs water instead of 1 and changed to 5/2.
My BF has dropped off (I reckon down 8/10%), I have gone from 207lbs to 224lbs in 4 weeks, my muscles are growing daily although I am holding a lot of water but it's not that bad, my joint pains are gone and my energy is back full time. I'm still not sleeping great at nights but then after 3 years of insomnia I wouldn't expect that to change quickly. I'm only on 2ius a day, no AAS and am only 4 weeks in of a 6/12 month cycle. I must add that I am training harder and eating cleaner than I ever remember and have had a lot of good advice and take sups like Gloucerel R and T-Rex as well as a varied range of others. Hope this will help someone else going through the same process.
Cheers

Good to hear Ed. I went back to 7 days on with only 2ius for the Summer. For some reson, I'm still tired after work. Switching to 5/2 kind of threw me off. I'm sticking to 7 on for now on. I'm also taking a bit of var now which can add to my fatigue. Good work on the progress. If your using supps from AF, try their Cardio Breeze. I like Trex, but I like the workout buz more with cardio breeze. (so does my gf) Use the Glucorell with all your carbs while on the GH. I have experimented with and without, and my blood sugar is lower with it. If your blood suger is low before bed, try like 1iu. I helps the sleep for me. I only do it once in a while and my doc said it's ok. I seem to be more well rested with the same amount of sleep. Good luck....
