time to get hard and strong 5x5 style

had to work later tonight so that kind of screwed my schedule
squats - bench - bent over row - pullups

with the bent over rows i noticed i have been jerking them up and letting them down normal is this ok?

took a pic after the workout -> i just have to remember that i didnt get that belly over night and im not gonna lose it over night LOL

On vacation next week so not sure how much ill be online but I am going to try and do cardio everyday with pullups and pushups plus my normal 3 day weight routine

Im just trying to blast this cardio for a while -> still hitting the weights 3 x

today I did cardio X from p90x same as kenpo a nice sweat and 45 min G2G

keep killing it bros
 
ok this morning back to the weights
skipped ft squats since i have been doing all the leg cardio stuff - plyo kenpo etc
dont worry the squats will be back next week when sta-cation is over besides my ass and legs are huge compared to the rest of my body lol
high pulls 4x12 @ 100
rack pulls 3 x 10 @ 275 -> not sure if Im a puss or not but I wrapped a t shirt around the bar for grip and it worked great 10 reps no slipping - thanks bu24
drag curls 5x12 @ 40
chin ups 3 x 5

all in all felt pretty good time for a shake :)
 
oh yeah did my bf @ wally world the other day with one of those electrical impedance things and it read me @ 16%

Just go by mirror my man. I rarely weigh myself now. As long as lifts go up, and you like what u see in the mirror and are eating for your goals, good things happen!
 
last night of vacation - because we are all honest around here Ill say it. If I saw something I wanted to eat it got eaten even had some rum and beers but lets face it I dont do this for a living and I was on vacation LOL enough about that tomorrow morning Im ready to start killing it
